While Legend of the Seeker’s “Creator” raises the bar for a typical clip show by including Oscar nominee Keisha Castle-Hughes (Whale Rider) as a guest star, it still is in essence a clip show. Much of the episode is spent rehashing what has happened so far this season, in the guise of Richard being put on trial by the Creator.
On the plus side, we learn some interesting new information about the creation of the world and that the Creator and Keeper were lovers at one point in time....

Legend of the Seeker airs an all-new episode this weekend. “Creator” airs the weekend of March 27th. Be sure to check the official site for where and when the show airs in your part of the Midlands.
When a powerful woman claiming to be the Creator (Guest-Star KEISHA CASTLE-HUGHES) threatens Richard (CRAIG HORNER), unraveling the mystery of her true identity becomes a matter of life and death for the Seeker.

Legend of the Seeker fans sounded a collective ‘nay’ last week when a representative from the Tribune Company (which owns most of the stations that air the syndicated show) revealed it would not be interested in a third season. There’s been no official announcement from ABC Studios, of course, but having recently chatted by phone with Aussie star Craig Horner (Seeker’s Richard Rahl) as he relaxed in an Auckland Starbucks, it sounds like the poor guy might be ready for a break.
